These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coronastrings.com (the “Site”), operated by A. Corona Strings (“Corona Strings,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal and educational purposes. The Practice Room tools are provided free of charge. You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site.
- Use automated means to abuse the tools or content.
- Reverse engineer the tools other than for personal study.
- Misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users’ experience.
2. Accounts
You can use the Practice Room tools without an account. If you create an account using Google or Facebook, you’re responsible for keeping your provider account secure. You may close your Corona Strings account at any time from your account settings.
3. Free tools — “as is”
The Practice Room tools (sight reading, tuner, and others) are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make best efforts to keep them accurate and useful, but they are educational tools and may have bugs. Don’t rely on them for professional-grade calibration without verification.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, the brand “Corona Strings,” the visual identity, and all original content (articles, guides, illustrations, the underlying code) are owned by A. Corona Strings. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for short quotations with attribution.
Content you submit (contact form messages, future practice data) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Commerce terms (Phase 2)
When the Shop, Luthier Services, and Lessons launch, additional commerce terms will apply (orders, payments, refunds, shipping). Those terms will be published before any commerce feature goes live and will not retroactively change these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Corona Strings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the tools.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
